The short version

There are no accounts, no profiles, no advertising and no tracking pixels. Fonts are served from this site, not from Google. The route finder runs entirely in your browser.

While you browse, there is one optional third-party transfer: Google Analytics. We ask before loading it. Decline and no analytics cookie is set, nothing is sent to Google, and the site behaves identically — nothing here is behind a tracker.

Every visit unavoidably reveals your IP address to the web server, which keeps an access log. If you choose to use the contact form, your name, reply email, selected origin and message are sent through the hosting mail service to the monitored company inbox.

Buying is the other case where data leaves, and it is deliberately a link out rather than an embedded checkout: no payment script runs on these pages, so nothing is sent to a payment company unless you click a buy button and go to theirs. See payments below.

Who runs this site

PET Travelling is a trading name of:

Rayborne Ventures L.L.C. 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA

That United States company is the data controller for this site and can be reached through the monitored contact form.

This site is informational. It publishes general information assembled from cited public sources, it sells guides and a route plan, and it makes no decision about any animal, any journey or any application. To the fullest extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the information published here. The people who actually decide are the destination authority, your own country’s export authority, your veterinarian and your carrier — see limitations and safety.

What is processed, and by whom

DataWhyWho processes it
IP address, request time, requested URL, user agent — standard web-server access logsOperating and securing the server; this happens automatically for any websiteEasyhost bv, as processor
Anything you type into the route finderAnswering your questionNobody. It stays in your browser
Pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser — only if you accept analyticsSeeing which pages people find usefulGoogle LLC, as processor, in the United States
Your name, email address, selected origin and message when you use the contact formReading, replying to and acting on your messageRayborne Ventures L.L.C., the hosting mail service and the receiving mailbox provider

There is no other collection. No profile is built and no data is ever sold. If — and only if — you accept analytics, data is transferred to Google in the United States under Google’s own safeguards. Decline, and nothing leaves this site.

Contact messages remain in the receiving mailbox until they are dealt with and manually deleted; no fixed deletion schedule is configured yet. Do not use the form for passport numbers, payment details, medical records or other sensitive personal information.

The hosting provider

Server logs are held by:

Easyhost bv Skaldenstraat 121, 9042 Gent, Belgium Company number BE 0455.977.006 Data Protection Team — data.protection@easyhost.be — +32 9 218 79 01

Their retention period for access logs is set by them and has not been supplied to us, so it is not stated here. If it matters to you, their Data Protection Team can tell you, and this page will be updated once we have it in writing.

The route finder

When the finder is live it will evaluate your answers against rules that were downloaded with the page. The evaluation happens on your own device. Nothing is transmitted, nothing is stored, and closing the tab discards it. This is an architectural property, not a policy promise: the site is static and has no application server to send anything to.

Cookies

No cookie is set until you accept analytics. If you accept, Google Analytics sets its own cookies to recognise a returning browser. If you decline, none are set.

Your choice itself is remembered in your browser’s local storage, not in a cookie, so that we do not ask again on every page. It never leaves your device.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-TFNV571NH0), and only with your consent.

Google acts as our processor and describes its own handling in the Google Privacy Policy.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. (510 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA), as an independent controller under its own privacy policy. Checkout happens on Stripe’s own pages.

Your card number never reaches this site. We do not see it, receive it or store it. What Stripe collects from you — card details, billing address, and the technical data it needs to detect fraud — it collects as your relationship with Stripe, and it transfers that data to the United States under its own safeguards.

What comes back to this server, and is kept here per purchase, is:

DataWhy
An order referenceIdentifying the purchase in a support request
Which guides or plan were boughtKnowing what to give you access to
The email address the payment provider reportsReissuing your access link, and honouring a refund
The dates and count of file downloadsEnforcing the 60-download limit and spotting a shared link

That record is held in a private store outside the web root; it has no URL. It is the minimum needed to give a buyer their guide again and to honour a refund.

Retention: an order record is kept while the purchase can still be supported or refunded, and no automatic deletion schedule is configured yet. Ask through the contact form and we will delete a record on request. Deleting it immediately and permanently revokes that buyer’s access to the files, so we will confirm with you before doing it. Where tax or accounting law requires a transaction record to be retained, that obligation overrides a deletion request for the fields it covers.

No profile is built from a purchase, and purchase data is never sold or used for advertising.

Your rights

Privacy rights depend on where you live. Where applicable law grants access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or consent-withdrawal rights, you can make that request through the contact form. The site has no account or profile. The personal data in the picture is the hosting provider’s server log, a contact message if you send one, and — if you accepted it — analytics data, which you can stop at any time using the button above.

Where processing rests on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time, and withdrawing is as easy as giving it.

For a Wyoming consumer-protection complaint, contact the Wyoming Attorney General’s Consumer Protection and Antitrust Unit. It accepts written consumer complaints and enforces the Wyoming Consumer Protection Act:

If the privacy law where you live gives you a right to complain to a local data-protection authority, that right is not displaced by this notice.
