Who publishes this site

PET Travelling is a trading name of:

Rayborne Ventures L.L.C. 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA

It is not a pet-shipping company, an airline or a government agency, and it has no commercial relationship with any provider named on this site.

You can reach the publisher through the monitored contact form, or by email at hello@rayborneventures.com. We answer support questions about a purchase at that address.

What this site is

An information service. It assembles general information from cited public sources and shows you where each statement came from and when it was last verified.

It is not veterinary advice, legal advice or customs advice, and using it creates no professional relationship. The limitations and safety page sets out what the site cannot do, and it forms part of these terms.

No guarantee of outcome

Nothing published here guarantees that your pet will be granted entry, accepted by an airline, released from quarantine on a particular date, or found fit to travel. Those determinations are made by government authorities, carriers, quarantine facilities and veterinarians. Any of them can reach a different conclusion from anything you read here, and their decision is the one that counts.

Accuracy, and your responsibility to confirm

Information is assembled from official sources and carries the date it was verified. Rules change without notice, and a source can be updated between our verification and your visit.

You are responsible for confirming requirements with the relevant authority, your veterinarian and your carrier before acting on them. This is stated on the pages themselves and not only here, because it matters most at the moment you are about to book something.

Where evidence is missing, stale or contradictory, the site says so rather than filling the gap. An honest “cannot determine” is a correct answer here, not a defect.

Terms of sale

These terms apply when you buy something here. The seller is Rayborne Ventures L.L.C., at the address above.

What is sold

ProductPriceWhat you receive
Corridor guide (six: dog or cat, from the US, Great Britain or Canada)$4.00 USDOne document, as PDF and HTML, on moving that animal from that country to Australia
Personalised automated route-readiness plan$19.00 USDA plan generated in your browser from the details you enter

Both are digital products. Nothing is shipped.

Price and tax

Prices are in US dollars and are the total you pay. No tax is added at checkout.

Rayborne Ventures L.L.C. is established in the United States and is not currently registered for VAT, GST or any other consumption tax in the countries buyers come from. No such tax is charged, collected or remitted on these sales, and no VAT or GST invoice can be issued. If your own country requires you to account for tax on a service bought from abroad, that obligation is yours.

Your bank or card issuer may add a foreign-transaction or currency-conversion fee. That is between you and them; we receive only the USD amount above.

Delivery

Access is granted immediately after payment, on the page you are returned to. There is no waiting period.

Save the access link you are given. It is your route back to what you bought. At present the link is shown on screen only and is not also emailed to you, so if you lose it, contact hello@rayborneventures.com with your payment reference and we will reissue it.

A guide link allows up to 60 downloads. The route plan runs in your browser for as long as your access remains valid.

What the products do not do

This matters more than the price, so it is stated here as well as on the pages themselves.

The guides and the plan are information products. They do not guarantee that your pet will be granted entry, accepted by an airline, or released from quarantine on any particular date. See “No guarantee of outcome” above; it applies to paid products exactly as it applies to the free pages.

The route plan checks your answers against 26 modelled rules from a fixed rule bundle. Requirements it does not model are absent from the result, never shown as passed, and the plan says so when it runs. Its date arithmetic — including the 180-day rabies-titre waiting period, how “12 months” is counted across a leap year, and expected permit processing time — is indicative. Confirm every date that matters with the Australian Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry, your veterinarian and your carrier before you book anything. A plan is a planning aid, not a determination.

Cancellation and refunds

Because these are digital products delivered immediately, by completing a purchase you ask for delivery to begin at once and you accept that once you have been given access, a statutory cancellation right — such as the EU or UK 14-day right of withdrawal — no longer applies.

That does not leave you without recourse. We will refund in full, on request to hello@rayborneventures.com within 30 days of purchase, if:

We do not generally refund because the information did not produce the outcome you wanted, or because an authority, carrier or veterinarian reached a different conclusion. Those are the limits set out above, and they are the reason the price is $4 and not $400.

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Access is withdrawn when a refund is issued.

Nothing here displaces any refund or guarantee right you hold under the mandatory law of your own country of residence, including the Australian Consumer Law where it applies.

Payment

Payment is taken by Stripe, on Stripe’s own secure page. We never see or store your card number. Stripe’s handling of your data is covered in privacy.

If something goes wrong

Email hello@rayborneventures.com with your payment reference. We aim to answer within three working days.

Acceptable use

The pages are for personal use in planning a pet relocation. Please do not systematically extract, bulk-copy or republish the content or the underlying registers. Quoting a page with attribution and a link is welcome, and encouraged.

Nothing here restricts your access to the underlying official sources. They are public, and every one of them is linked in the source register so you can go straight to them.

Liability

This site is provided free of charge and as-is. To the extent permitted by Wyoming law, the publisher is not liable for loss arising from reliance on the information, from a rule changing after its verification date, or from a decision taken by an authority, a carrier or a veterinarian.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes fall to the competent state or federal courts in Wyoming. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country of residence.

Changes

Material changes to these terms are dated and recorded in updates.
